Mohammed Abdel Hady is the Co-Founder and Senior Partner of Khedive Law Firm, bringing more than 25 years of experience in civil and commercial law, contracts, and arbitration.
As a founding member, he has been instrumental in shaping the firm’s growth, professional culture, and commitment to legal precision and client-focused service. Throughout his career, Mohammed has advised and represented local and international clients in a wide range of civil and commercial disputes, including contractual claims, corporate transactions, and high-value commercial projects. His practice is distinguished by deep knowledge of Egyptian law, analytical rigor, and a balanced approach that combines practical business sense with technical legal accuracy. An expert in contract drafting, negotiation, and enforcement, Mohammed routinely assists clients in structuring agreements that protect their interests and comply with both Egyptian legislation and international standards. He has acted as counsel and advisor in numerous domestic and international arbitration proceedings, particularly under the rules of the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA) and other regional institutions.
